I'm a hobby baker based in Miami on the Gold Coast who somehow turned a 2-year-old's birthday cake request (an ice-cream truck, obviously — Tigga Mac if you know, you know) into a full-blown obsession.
I'm actually a Speech Pathologist, and this is my lil side hustle. Hence I need a bit of notice in order to get your creations done (about 7 days).
I specialise in custom shortbread cookies with fondant toppers, cupcakes, cakes and bento boxes. They are perfect for baby showers, weddings and other special occasions. I also drop seasonal collections available through limited pre-orders.
Everything is baked with an embarrassing amount of attention to detail. I can't guarantee perfection, but I can guarantee you won't have to make them!
Oh and also, it's legit - I have a food license.

Cookies
Buttery shortbread cookies topped with fondant and customised to suit your occasion. Choose from Classic, Custom, and Premium depending on how extra you're feeling.

Cupcakes
Chocolate or vanilla cupcakes, filled with whatever makes your heart happy and topped with American buttercream. Don't just eat one, eat two.
Bento Boxes
For those who think choosing between cake and cupcakes is an unreasonable request, our Bento Boxes are the answer.
Available in chocolate or vanilla, with your choice of fillings, and plenty of American buttercream. These come in a range of sizes to meet all occasions.
These bad boys book out fast, so don't leave it until the last minute. Nobody wants to explain to their guests why there isn't cake.
Cakes
These gals are high-maintenance, in the best possible way. Because every cake is uniquely designed, you'll need to contact me directly to chat about your ideas and check availability.

Things we get asked a lot
There are 3 tiers:
1. CLASSIC
The simple gal. One design across the whole set, with custom text and/or a stamp impression (if I have it). Perfect for when you want something cute without all the bells and whistles.
2. SIGNATURE
A little extra, but not too extra. These cookies feature layered fondant elements, texture, and more detailed decorating to really bring your theme to life.
3. PREMIUM
The main character. The diva. The cookie equivalent of arriving fashionably late and stealing the spotlight. Expect intricate details, multiple designs per set, and all the fancy layered work that takes these cookies to the next level.
CORPORATE
Need 100+ cookies for an event, client gift, product launch, or to convince everyone you're the office favourite? This is the option for you.
